1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–14 working days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Custom or made-to-measure pieces may require additional processing time depending on design complexity. Customers will be informed if extra time is required.
2. Delivery Options
Customers may choose from the following delivery methods at checkout:
a. Sayak Couture Delivery
- • Delivery fees are not fixed and may vary based on location and logistics rates.
- • Shipping costs will be confirmed after order placement and before dispatch.
- • Sayak Couture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
b. Self-Arranged Delivery
- • Customers may arrange their own preferred courier service.
- • Pick-up details will be shared after order confirmation.
- • Once an item has been picked up by the customer or their courier, Sayak Couture is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays in transit.
3. Size Guide & Measurements
Customers are advised to carefully review our size guide before placing an order. For custom or made-to-measure orders, all measurements provided by the customer will be used exactly as received. Sayak Couture will not be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, custom and made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:
- • The item received has a confirmed production defect, or
- • The item received is significantly different from the original order placed.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for review.
5. Payments
All payments are securely processed through Paystack. Sayak Couture does not store or have access to customers' card or payment details. Order processing begins only after payment confirmation.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Sayak Couture respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
We may collect the following information:
- • Name
- • Email address
- • Phone number
- • Delivery address
- • Order details
This information is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer communication. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties except where necessary to complete an order (e.g., payment processors or delivery partners).
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Sayak Couture will not be liable for issues arising from incorrect details supplied by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sayak Couture shall not be held liable for:
- • Delays caused by third-party couriers
- • Loss or damage after items have been handed over for delivery
- • Issues arising from misuse or improper handling of products
9. Changes to These Policies
Sayak Couture reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately once published on the website.
10. Customer Agreement
By placing an order with Sayak Couture, you confirm that:
